PRE MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 48 hours of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive on time due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Jeff Heyer and Deeper Still Photography. Client will NOT screenshot, store, or post any proofs delivered by Photographer. Deeper Still Photography never releases raw images for client use.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital images and/or prints for personal use only, and shall not sell these digitals and/or prints or authorize any reproductions.
